Presented by the Australian Dance Academy and Duprada Dance Company, Morning Melodies 2026: Sugarplum's Tea Party (from The Nutcracker) brings the magic of live performance to Araluen Theatre on Saturday, 24 October 2026 at 11:00 am.
Designed as a special in-house showcase for parents, relatives, and friends, this event introduces young dancers to the stage, helping them build performance confidence, learn theatre etiquette, and experience performing in front of a supportive audience.
The production highlights student progress across 3 class levels, featuring what they have learnt in their ballet class and dancing in a costume. Our petit Baby Sugarplums, Gummy Bears, Strawberries & Cream, and Lemon Sherbets will fill your heart as you watch them navigate the stage, the story and the audience.
Family and friends are warmly invited to attend and celebrate this memorable milestone with our youngest performer.
